About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end company registration processes, including drafting and filing incorporation documents.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) regulations and manage all MCA filings (e.g., annual returns, e-forms, and statutory filings).
Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes of meetings, and other corporate records.
Assist in regulatory audits and ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies when applicable.
Stay updated with changes in corporate laws, MCA guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Onboard clients and provide support when needed.
Requirements
Must hold a CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost and Management Accountant), or CS (Company Secretary) certification.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in company registration, MCA filings, and compliance management.
Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable corporate laws.
Proficient in using MCA21 portal and relevant compliance software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
